Theoretical Work
In the project Dynamic Processes in the Life Sciences we develop mathematical techniques to analyze real-world time series. The techniques being developed mainly application-demanded cover linear as well as non-linear analysis concepts. Ranging from spectral analysis to phase synchronization analysis techniques especially multivariate extensions are of particular interest.
