CyGenTiG
The Spatial Systems Biology Group takes part in the CyGenTiG project. It aims at developing techniques for controlling living cells, including human cells, with light.
Together with teams from ETH Zürich, the University of Edinburgh, the University of Düsseldorf and Kirkstall Limited we aim at developing theory and tools in Optogenetics.
The Spatial Systems Biology Group focuses on mathematical and in silico modeling.
