Research Interest
I am a student of Physics in the Life Sciences, currently working on my
Diploma thesis in the group of Jens Timmer "Data Analysis and Modeling of
Dynamic Processes in the Life Sciences" at the Freiburg Center for Data
Analysis and Modeling, University Freiburg, Germany.
My research interests concern the development of multivariate time series
methods for the combined analysis of EEG, NIRS, and fMRI data. The main focus is on the detection of information flow in the human brain. Through a
collaboration with the Department of Neurology of the University Hospital of
Freiburg it is possible for me to apply the methods to real data.
